Kim Jenner has been a Certified Reflexologist since 2005, and is Secretary for the Maryland Reflexology Association (MDRA), is Co-Chair of the Reflexology Association of America’s Research Committee and a member of their Legislative Committee. Kim is also the Editor of Foot Notes, MDRA’s quarterly newsletter. 

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary modality involving the use of alternating pressure applied to the reflex areas of the hands, ears and/or feet using a thumb-walking technique.

The benefits of reflexology include reducing pain and stress, promoting relaxation and healing, improved circulation and removal of toxins, revitalized energy and a sense of well-being.

The client remains fully clothed except for removing socks and shoes.
The fee for an hour session is $50. Kim also combines energy work (Reiki) and essential oils into each session, if desired.
