You are welcome to refer yourself. If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care provider we will help coordinate the paperwork.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
We also have contracts with many insurance companies. If you have insurance coverage for our services, we will submit the bill on your behalf.
